Responsabilitate - Create and Update Managing Partner’s agenda
- Ensure the communication between Managing Partner and the other employees and clients
- Assist the Managing Partner in work sessions, business meetings and other new projects
- Receive, distribute, read, draft, translate and archive Managing Partner’s correspondence (documents, e-mails)
- Marketing activities (posting on the web-site, facebook, linkedin, google plus, sending newsletters, market testing, monthly reports)
- Greet the visitors and ensure the protocol for the meetings
- Answer all incoming calls and handle callers’ inquires whenever possible
Cerinte - Very good English knowledge
- University degree (marketing or management)
- Solid computer skills, including Ms office, online media (Facebook, Linkedin) and online marketing (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc)
