Form 105 is completed and submitted by the gambling organizers that are responsible, under the provisions of Ordinance no. 77/2009 on the gambling organization and operation, for payment obligations to the state budget contained in the nomenclature of the organization and operation charges of gambling. The amounts stated in the declaration do not include tax differences established by the decisions issued by the fiscal authority as a result of actions of fiscal inspection.
