Official Journal 45/20.01 - Decision No.. 37/2010 of 15.01.2010 for amending and completing the Government Decision no. 161/2006 regarding the preparation and filling of the General Register of Employees

  According to the amendments, the information concerning the hiring of an employee must be filled in the General Register of Employees and submitted to ITM with at least one working day before the employee commences work. At the same time, the information regarding the termination of an individual work contract must be filled in REVISAL and submitted to ITM at the contract termination date.

The inobservance of the mentioned dates will be punished with a fine of 1,500 lei for each contract, without the cumulative amount of fines exceed 20,000 lei. Also, the REVISAL filling with incorrect data will be punished with a fine from 3000 to 5000 lei .

The provisions of the present Decision will enter into force at the date of its publication in the Official Gazette (January 20, 2010), but the provisions for establishing and sanctioning the contraventions will enter into force in 10 days from the publication date in the Official Gazette.
