Law no. 130/1999 regarding some measures for protection of employed persons is repealed starting from January 1, 2011. From this date, the labor contracts are not registered at the ITM (local labor inspectorate). Attention, however, in January, the employer’s obligation to declare and pay the ITM’s tax for December and the obligation to register the payrolls for December are maintained.
