The present methodological norms regulate the way of application of some restrictions on certain transfers of funds and financial services to and from Iran, as they have been established by the provisions of (EU) Regulation no. 961/2010 of the Commission dated on October 25th, 2010 on restrictive measures against Iran.
Thus, payment service providers must comply with the rules established for prior and prior authorization of the transfer of funds to and from Iran.
