OFFICIAL GAZETTE 838/14.12 - Decision no. 1235/2010 issued on 06/12/2010, approving the National System of Online Electronic Payment of Taxes using credit cards
According to this decision, the public institutions performing activities of tax collection must register in NEPS, according to the following timetable:
- step 1: registration of county seat towns and the towns/ cities with a population of over 150,000 inhabitants, within 7 months after the entry into force of this decision;
- step 2: registration of towns cities with a population of up to 150,000 inhabitants inclusively, within 5 months after the completion of step 1, but not later than one year after the effective date of this decision;
- step3: registration of communes and public institutions not included in the first 2 steps, within 6 months after the completion of step 2, but no later than 18 months after the effective date of this decision.
