This Order amends the form 100 “Declaration regarding the payment obligations to the state budget”. Thus, in this form, along with taxes reported so far there will be declared the excise and annual taxes for the approval of gambling, adjusted periodically, formerly declared on forms 103 “Statement on duty” and 105 “Statement on charges for organizing and operating gambling”.
Also, following the deferment of payment in advance of the corporation tax, the line referring to the “minimum tax” was restored in the form.
