O.G. 587/19.08 - Order no. 1918/2011 of 25/07/2011 for the approval of the procedure and acts which the employees have the obligation to present to the territorial employment inspectorate in order to obtain the password, as well as of the procedure regarding the transmission of the general registry of employees evidence in electronic form

According to the new provisions, the completion and transmission of the general registry of employees evidence can be made internally,  by one or several persons nominated by the employer by written decision or externally, by the conclusion of service supply agreements with suppliers registered with the territorial work inspectorates, who perform their activity with the observance of the dispositions of Law no. 677/2001 for the safety of the persons regarding the processing of data with personal character.  

In the case of the externalization of the filling service of REVISAL, the employers have the obligation to inform in writing the ITM regarding the conclusion of the contract with the service provider.  

The information of the ITM has to be made within maximum 3 working days from the conclusion date of the service supply contract and will consist of an address drafted by the employer, which will include:

In the case the service supply contract ceases or is terminated, the employer will communicate to the ITM this the latest until the date of termination or cease, in order to be able to issue a new password to the employer.  

 

Attention, do not forget that within 90 days from the effective date of the Decision 500/2011, that is until the latest on October 30th 2011, the employees have the obligation to fill in the REVISAL the information referring to the salary, increments and their amount for the individual employment contracts already recorded in REVISAL until that date. By salary it shall be understood the basic gross monthly salary stipulated in the individual employment contract.
