Developed within many years of collaboration, the recognition of our company\u2019s value and of its team\u2019s member has lead to building a good relationship with the control authorities. It has to be taken into consideration that delays in granting VAT reimbursements by the Romanian state is due both to a well developed bureaucratic system but also because of the insufficient human resources belonging to the control authorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activities performed in order to be granted the reimbursement are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Analyzing the real state of affairs and establishing ways to approach the reimbursement;<\/li>\n<li>Checking and preparing all the documents based on which accounting records have been made;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and centralizing data requested by the control authorities;<\/li>\n<li>Client representation in front of the fiscal authorities during the entire period of the control as well as during closures;<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up and ongoing assistance during the entire post control process which ends with the client being granted the amounts requested to be reimbursed;<\/li>\n<li>Drafting the complaints, if this may be the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reimbursements of other taxes and duties<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reimbursements of taxes withheld at source paid to the state budget<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These services are tailored for natural and legal entities non-resident in Romania, whose incomes have been withheld at source (incomes obtained from royalties, interests, commissions, dividends, capital gains and other various services).
