By means of derogation from the provisions of Article 10 paragraph (7) Government Resolution no. 518/1995, in the year 2010, for the Romanian personnel sent abroad for the fulfilment of some temporary missions that are not framed under the second category of separation allowance, the round transportation from the airport or railway station to the accommodation unit will be conducted by mass transportation vehicles.
