The fiscal vector of taxpayers who on December 31st, 2009 were recorded in the fiscal evidences as microenterprises income taxpayers changes, ex officio, since February 1st, 2010, by the competent fiscal authority, without the need of submitting the 010 mention statement. Thus, starting with the obligations afferent to January 2010, with the reporting term of February 25th, 2010, is recorded ex officio, the calendar month as the fiscal period for the payment of taxes and contributions afferent to the salary income. At the same time, since January 1st, 2010, these taxpayers will become profit taxpayers.
