OFFICIAL GAZETTE 879/28.12 - Law no. 286/2010 issued on 28/12/2010 of the 2011 state budget

For the year 2011, the contribution rates for health insurance, according to Law no. 95/2006, as amended and supplemented, are set as follows:

5.2% – the rate due by the employer;
10.7%- the rate due by the persons mentioned in art. 259 paragraph (6) of Law no. 95/2006,as amended and supplemented;
5.5% – for other categories of persons having the obligation to pay the contribution directly or from other sources.
