In suspicious cases, the payers of medical leave allowances may notify the health insurance house regarding the issue of medical leave certificates for their own employees or insured. The notification is addressed to the health insurance house with which the doctor has concluded a convention for the issue of certificates and must contain: the name of the employer, their identification details, punctual description of the cases, a copy of the medical leave certificates which are to be controlled, the history of medical leaves of the employee in question, a mention of the contribution situation.
