Under the changes, the jurisdiction for registration with the Trade Register and, if necessary, other applications that are in the jurisdiction of the judge, are delegated to the director of the Trade Register and / or the person or persons designated by the General Director of The National Trade Register Office for a period of four months from the effective date of this law.
