I own olny one specialty store, and i keep the unique control register at the firm's headquarters. Should I also have one in the store?

According to Law no. 252/2003 regarding the control register, it is kept at the social headquarters and at every secondary headquarters that has been authorized to function. The unique control register is given, at a price, by the public financial boards from the territorial range of the social hedquarters, based on the registration certificate for merchants, and on the fiscal registration cetificate for the other categories of tax payers.

New tax payers are compelled to buy the unique control register in a period of 30 days from the time of the registration. Failing to buy the unique control register in time from the public financial boards in the territorial range of the social headquarters of the tax payer is a contravention and is sanctioned with a fine from 500 lei to 1000 lei.
