• The structure is thought in an way that it can give support at any level; the evolution stages associated to a job are: junior, senior 2, senior, office chief, department chief. Whatever is their position in the company – the employees benefit of training sessions and practical support in every day activity from their direct superiors;
• In no more than six months, team members are being promoted based on clear and sheer criteria of evaluating performance;
• Each three months takes place a theoretical evaluation, so that, each member of the team knows at which level he/she is situated.

The qualification received here it reaches the level from multinational companies.
